MSc Sports Biomechanics - Loughborough University

Encapsulating a variety of subjects including; neuromuscular function, orthopaedic biomechanics, motion analysis of human movement, I thoroughly enjoyed my MSc degree.

A particular highlight was my thesis, conducted on the world leading Javelin throwers at the Birmingham Diamond League in 2018. It included three-dimensional analysis of the javelin throw in order to fully optimise performance and reduce injury risk.

BSc (Hons) Sports Sciences - Brunel University London

A 3 year course studying the physiology, anatomy and biomechanics of the human body as well as psychology. This was a great stepping stone for my MSc where I learnt many skills.
